- Badrinath: Located in the northern region of India, in Uttaranchal state, is surrounded by Badrinath Garhwal hills, on the banks of the river Alaknanada. A holy city Badrinath has been mentioned in Hindu scriptures and legends and is a pilgrimage site for Vaishnavites (followers of Lord Vishnu).

- Jagannath Puri: Located in eastern India state of Orissa, Jagannath Puri is a beautiful coastal city famous for all religious reasons. It is the only sanctuary in India where Goddesss Radha is worshiped with Lord Krishna. The main temple of Jagannath is situated on the beach, about 900 years.
- Rameshwaram: The temple town located south of India, Rameshwaram is Char Dham Yatra fourth place. According to legend, the temple is built on the place where Lord Rama had built a bridge of Ram Setu. Lord Shiva is worshiped in the form of Sri Swamy Ramanathan. The temple is also one of the twelve Jyotirlingas (Temple of Lord Shiva, which is venerated in the form of Linga).

Char Dham Yatra in India
There are four places of pilgrimage of the Almighty are in different directions is said Char Dham Yatra in India. These are the holy places of Badrinath in the north west of Dwarka Puri and Rameshwaram in the south-east. eighth-century reformer and philosopher Adi Shankaracharya, used in all India pilgrimage tour of the four cardinal points are designed to link people across the subcontinent.
